cost through lighting control. Elma® & Elmo® solution
can be fully integrated into the Building Management
Systems (BMS), automatically controlling lighting,
being responsive to people present or not present.
In addition, Elma® & Elmo® also improve safety,
especially during night-time. As soon as the resident
leaves the bed, both bedroom and toilet lighting turn
on automatically. After going back to bed, the lighting
turns off.
Save time and lives in an emergency
In case of fire, firefighters and rescue teams can get an overall view of the care home and its different wards via a VPN
connection to Elma®/Elmo® interface. Elma®/Elmo® reveals people and their locations, thus giving valuable time for
rescuers to prepare themselves before arrival. Are there people still to be evacuated in the building and where are they
located? Evacuation of staff and residents is always the number one priority.
